Question EFIlive FS question

I have a 99 Camaro. I've been reading that I should upgrade to an 02 OS. I also have a RR. Should I flash the RR with the 02 OS and then try and migrate the 99 pcm OS' current tune and settings to the RR? Whats the best way to go about doing what I need to do? Or should I keep the 99 OS and transfer it over to the RR?

There are copies of an '02 OS with a '99 factory tune available for download from www.holdencrazy.com.

My car already has a custom tune that I want to carry over. How can I do that and migrate to an 02 or custom os?

Ok from the tutorial it looks like I read my current calibrations and save them. Then I flash the RR with the OS that I want. Then I flash the calibrations over to the RR and then follow the table adjustments to that will be needed to be completed?

Or do I use the flash RR with os and calibrations button?

RR has it's own flash/read buttons. It's not really any different than what you would normally do, it's just a heck of a lot faster.

Ok but can I migrate the calibrations and to a new OS at the same time or do I need to do one then the other?

When building up a new Custom OS as per the tutorial you need to upload the new OS first, then the calibration.

There is an easy way to do this.

Go to Holden Crazy -> Modifed Tunes --> 99 Camaro migrated to 02

Save that file on your hard drive. Then copy all the modifed tables from your OS to this file. Save. Upload OS and Cal. Have fun.

there is a compare feature that will show all the differences. it is a folder with a red arrow on it located in the upper left. click it then it will prompt the tunes saved just select the tune you want to compare and open it

edit: there is a button at the bottom of the window that will open that allows you to update all
