Well actually this was a couple days ago, but I went to pick it up from having the engine rebuilt with forged pistons and rods and a new fuel system. Went to start it and this happened, so back to the drawing board. Fuel pressure regulator had a tear in the diaphram.

I FINALLY mounted the electric scissor jack I've been draging around for like a year in the stock location. It just took a longer bolt and a fender washer. You wouldn't notice the slight bump in the carpeting unless I pointed at it.

I installed the ebay tail light I bought.

I deflated the GTO spare to get it to fit in the quarter panel. No go. Contemplating the next trick.

Modified the WS6 intake, sealed the airbox, and replaced my melted fog lights.

Before & After.
Early spyshots of the 'after' because it's still up on jackstands in the garage.
Still working on re-finishing the calipers/rotors, & the Linelock.

Went from the two-piece Corvette FRC's to a one-piece full cover.
Went from the BMR STB to the Hotchkis.
Added the front bumper insert.
As mentioned before, repainted/smoothed the Donaldson Blackwing airlid.
(No, I'm not gonna paint this washer bottle. But if I find a spare, I'll paint it to match.)

I'll probably also take it to the paint shop & have the inner fenders clearcoated. Probably won't fill the holes tho, & simply leave the plugs.
That way, ..., just in case, ...

When spring hits & I can get it outside with no snow, I'll get another better 'after' shot.

Debaffled my hood and performed an oil change.

Noticed the under body scoop had lost 2 screws, so I took it out. Currently pending replacement.

Overheating issues could arise. Especially at hiway speed.
Nope, was talking about this under-body ram-air scoop.

Replaced the screws with a screw and nut today.

Started working on my new dash pad.

FINALLY got my replacement rear end for the Trans Am delivered today! Came with everything, brakes, anti-sway bar (I'll be re-using my WS6 one) and shocks. I need the shocks too since mine are squeeking and crappy. I'll be cleaning all the parts up tomorrow and hopefully installing it Saturday. Only down side is that it's geared 2.73. A friend said it'll take a while to get there, but I'll be able to do almost 200! LMAO The fuel economy will be helpful during this long build phase it's in anyway until I can get a 9" in.

Tore out some old sound insulation.

Put in a dash carpet as a replacement for my split dash pad.

Washed the car.
