Update from yesterday: Got the rear end in my Trans Am. Sucks that it has 2.73s in it but at least I can drive now! Took it out for a quick test drive and I still EASILY spin my 325/30R19 Eagle F1SC EMTs. SMH. And I figured with those wide tires I'd be hooking and flying. Oh, and did the heater hose mod on the rear coils while I was at it!

Put in new rear rotors and pads in my trans am.

Fixed the brake squeal and the weak E-brake.

stil building it. will still be building it for some time. Today I worked on welding in my modified trans tunnel more, and slicing open what's left of the original one to blend it in. This will give me more room for a drive shaft safety loop and overall clearance.

Blasphemy!

Though if you were getting a C3 or a C2 vette, I wouldn't mind.

Haha ! Sorry it would be a C5, C5Z or C6.

Two reasons why I might not buy a Vette.

1.) I've done so much work with upgrades on my Firebird, I would
have to start all over with a Vette to get it how I want it.

2.) Clutch changes are a bitch on a Vette.
