Default 98 t/a vert color***added picture***
ok i got a 98 vert trans am the color on car inside and out is plum color with gliter we went to napa checked the codes and it says the car is black but the car is purple in and out so how can i get the color thats on the car?wish i could post pics but i really cant car is all sanded down right now and pealed

i know its not bright metalic purple its darker way darker

See if this link helps you out. Something seems amiss as apparently there were no other purple colors besides what was mentioned.

check the codes on the door . i think it was black and they painted a plum purple with flakes.If it were purple metalic u have a find.

What color is it under the hood? Factory color should be the body-colored primer similar to the exterior color.

its all purple with gliter but dark not bright purple went to napa they did the testing color with machine and nothing

Agreed! Definitely not factory paint. The engine bay color should be flat on a factory paint job.

oh the engine bay is flat also but we where trying to see if it was black or purple and its almost black but has the purple and the sparks in it dull

Some darken purple, I can't really say it. Although it's an option. Add the photo in Adobe Photoshop and use the tool to recognize the color code. Than copy and search for that code around.
