I don't have the T-top latch trim covers. I am looking at one from a 1994 on eBay...Will it fit on my 2000??

I've noticed on the listings some sellers put 1993-2002 and others put 1993-1997. This is why I am unsure.

I haven't found one thread on this.

they should fit however i doubt the color will be right. 93-96 used graphite and 00-02 used black IIRC

You're correct on the color.... I believe they do fit, also.

What they said. The only physical difference in tops is the early lt1 tops had the dot matrix on them instead of tint.

Trim color will probably be different

I got them in the mail, yes!, they do fit my 4th gen. They were described as EBONY and off a 3rd gen...They do look EBONY. I have EBONY seat belt guides, I'll have to put them side by side to compare.

3rd gen ones are completely different, so you might have lucked out. in your OP you said 1994 though which is a 4th gen
