check out what i picked up today
so i was on base getting some new uniforms and i drove by the hobby shop and i knew my little brother wants a gas RC car for xmas, so i figured id go inside and check them out. well, i didnt see any i would buy, but then the model car section caught my eye. and before i even got into the eisle, i told myself if i found a TA, i would have to buy it. and sure enough, i found one; a 98 WS6. ive always looked when i goto hobby shops for them, but ive never found one until now. Im still deciding if im going to put it together or not....i might keep it. But i do have a nice sized bottle of touch up paint for my Formula, that i could use to paint this model the same color as my car....

Ive always wanted a 97 WS6 model too, but nobody makes one, I have seen some regular LT1 style TA models, but no WS6.
I might just buy that Diecast one in the link just to have it.

If you're really inspired and want an RC WS6 TransAm, you can do I like I did and build one. I used a Tamiya TT-01 chassis and bought the clear TA body from Tower Hobbies and painted to match my car. Unfortunately, my dog bit holes in it shortly after these pics were taken...but I already have a new body in hand ready to be put together.

i want one of those nitro trans ams so bad and i have for years but everytime i go to buy one i just think " i can buy another mod with this". i need to just break down and buy one!!!! the cool thing is you can build a bunch of different bodies and put em on there. I wouod do a replica of my ta, then a murcialago like my dads, and an enzo like what ill never have. And probably a corvette and camaro and who know what else.
