Default Soon To Be Pontiac Trans Am Owner

Hey guy I am from New Orleans but now live in Miramar,Fl. I see alot of bmws, honda , nissans and mustangs. I see very few Firebirds and camaros. I have a 2004 pontiac grand prix gtp with I am almost done paying on. I am now looking for a weekend toy. I really want the WS6 version. I am thinking about only adding bolt ons and a supercharger no turbos. I seen alot of guys back in New Orleans with nice mean looking Tran Am. I was thinking about a motorbike but I said I am going to go for a Trans Am. Can somerone tell me a few pointers about this car. I also really like how this car puts out 325hp compared to the 03 mustang that was only putting out 260hp. Besides the Trans Am looks much meaner.

You won't regret getting a WS6. Here's why!!

An SS looks like it can kick your ***, a WS6 looks like its coming over to do it ! I saw that on someone's sig and thought it was pretty kick a$$ !!

Welcome - read the stickies at the top of the forums and you can learn enough to ask a specific question. The T/A's are great looking cars, and are a great bang-for the buck with roughly 300 HP at the rear-wheels right out of the box.

All of the V8 F-bodies from 1998-2002 have the 345 H.P. LS1 engine, so pick a V8 car that you like the looks of best and have some fun!

I like the black myself, but there is no right answer to this one. Pick one that YOU like.

As for the WS6 Vs. T/A questions,

The best color would be the one that you like best. It's going to be your car.

Yea you'll love your car. I recommend anything from 90-02 with the 5.7L. I had a 350 TPI in my 91 and she screamed after I did a little bit to it. My 93 has a 350 LT1 and I love it. The LS1 is nuts as well. You won't be dissapointed any way you go, I promise.

Enjoy, and welcome
