Would the LT1 WS6 Birds Please Stand Up?
I have an 02 ws6 but I am also a huge fan of the LT1 ws6's. Would some of you guys out there that own them please post pictures. Sometimes I will go on autotrader just to look at pictures of these cars. Thanks ahead of time for the pictures!

I'm in the process of converting my stock formula into a WS6 ride. Will post pics when it's done. It wont have the T/A body but it'll have the WS6 hood and air box! (What counts)

I am considering selling my car to do a lt1 ws6 style/ lsx swap. Only thing holding me back is the price of a roller. I planned to do a six cylinder car but supposedly the wiring for 6 cylinders to 8 would be a nightmare. I love that body style though...

truthfully, my car is not a WS6, but it will soon have the ram air box and hood.. and with the black ZR1's it has right now, it will look something like this.
i even photoshopped one with the T-tops off
i have the hood (real unpainted oem) and will have the oem airbox tomorrow, it will be painted in early march i hope (depends on the weather)
oh and yeah Spiers, i was looking at your car a few weeks ago, and had to borrow it for a photoshop... hope you don't mind (i was just looking for a good shot of a black WS6 and yours had the angle i needed to put my rims on it)
here's my car w/ its regular hood

yup.... i would have just photoshopped my own car... but photoshopping wheels onto a car is so much easier than photoshopping a hood onto one
oh and i got my airbox friday.. now all i need is the 12 inch MAF extension wire i ordered from summit which is on backorder and won't ship till approx Feb 6th and i'll have everything for the swap... everything is oem except for the hood grills (GM can KMA for $95 apiece.. i found them at hawks 3rd gen parts for $50 shipped for the pair, new in bags.. probably knockoffs but they have the right pattern and clips) so for around $505 i have the OEM WS6 hood that was a factory reject due to a small hole that will need filled ($307.50) the ram air box w/ K&N and all the necessary hoses and clamps ($115) the hood grills ($50) and the MAF extension wire ($32)... I think thats a pretty good deal for a fully functional and correct ram air setup.. (i dont care that the grills are not oem GM they look the same and are much cheaper)
heres a pic of the hood btw..
the paintjob is gonna be ~ $600.. they will repair the hole (half the size of a dime) repair the corners by the windshield (chipped up a bit) test fit it, make any adjustments, paint it, install it, as wel as painting my roof behind the t-tops due to some white flakes showing through the paint...
now if the weather would just get nice so i can get the car painted

I hear ya on the weather... your car's gonna look badass when you get that finished. Be sure to post pics when it's done. I've been thinking about getting black 17x11 ZR1's...are yours 11"? Have any pics of it now?
