Default Lonnies Performance - Dual Fuel Pump Assemblies now available

Lonnies Performance is now offering a Dual Fuel Pump Assembly for the G8. All testing has been completed & multiple units are now in use.

It is a drop-in replacement built from your sender & will require additional fuel system components.

This will support in excess of 1000rwhp with no volt boosters required.

Triple pump systems will also be available soon for those making well over 1000rwhp.

These will only be sold directly through my shop & will not be available for retail purchase through any of my dealers.

Please call for pricing & additional info.

Thanks for the info on this. I'm getting the funds together for this and will be in touch when I'm ready.

Definitely post this all over Grrrr8 and G8Board. Once I finish my other 2 projects hopefully someone will have a single front mount kit available for the G8 and I will definitely be picking one up. Thanks Lonnie.

Did you have a drop in that uses the stock lines?

Not at this time.
The bucket needs too much modification to retain the stock regulator.

The rear mounted regulator & stock lines is not a good combination when at 600+rwhp levels. It will not give stable pressure at the engine & should be front mounted. The factory supply fitting from the sender is also very small.

This is why I chose to build the kit to properly support high power levels.

I do offer a complete kit that will give you all the braided lines, fittings, filter, fuel rails & regulator in a complete package for a turn key install.

Sounds good Lonnie. It looks like a great package and I'm seriously considering it.

Since this is a special application, you should call me to discuss.

These are customized per application.

We now have quite a few of these kits in use with great results.
All factory venturi/fuel transfer functions remain functional.

Let me know if I can help anyone with one of these systems.

Nice option for the forced induction guys. I will probably need to step up my fuel system when I go forced induction soon.

I have now done quite a few of these with good results.

Due to the small stock fuel line connections, we are running a complete -8 supply line & a -6 return, along with a front mount regulator, fuel rails & a billet filter.

These should have no problem exceeding 1000rwhp.

I assemble the parts in your stock fuel sender, so no tank modifications are required. The sender comes with a -8 supply & -6 return fittings on the top.

I have Lonnie's fuel system in my G8 now and it works great. Highly recommend this setup if you plan on running more than 550hp to the wheels.

I think this could help my situation also, mine may be running out of fuel at the top of each gear before it shifts.
