I am guessing 478/447. Pick up some TR6's and take them with you to the dyno session. You may be glad to have some slightly colder plugs with you.

It will be right at 500, if not a little over with those heads and tooleys cam. We just got done with an c5 ls2 with these exact heads and a lg cam and it made 524 to the wheels. I know the parasitic losses are going to be different, but you will not be disappointed .

I'm curious to see what kind of low rpm surging you are going to be up against with that much overlap.

Anyone know what milling the heads .020 over would bring the compression to?

Bought the tfs heads used they need milling if not more tlc

If the heads were untouched first I'd guess you to be around 60-61-ish cc with .020" off. I'd get them measured though first so you know for sure where your starting from. I'd also get some Cometic .040" head gaskets and factor that into what compression you're shooting for. They will bump compression and give a better quench. The cam maker should have a target compression based off of its overlap that you can get from them.

You should be close to 500 if not slightly over. I'll say 502/455.

Sounds good.

Parts list looks great, except, I wouldn't use a tick master if I were you.
