Default American Racing Headers GTO Systems

Hey Guys, I thought I'd give everyone a quick heads up about what we've been up too here at A.R. Headers. As most of you know we have a terrific S/S header system for these cars with primaries in both 1-3/4" or 1-7/8" and catted or off-road connection pipes for all years. We now have 3" S/S catted or off road X-pipes designed to eliminate the resonator on 05/06 GTO's and can be spliced in to work with the 2004 cars. The final outlet size of the X-Pipe is 2-1/2" ID or can remain 3" for high HP apllications running larger exhaust. There is minor fab work required with the X-pipe but we made the job as simple as possible. Please feel free to call me for details regarding our X-pipes and how they'll benefit your combination.

Also for those who've switched to either LS7 or L92 type of cylinder heads, we have flanges made specifically to match your exhaust ports. We found that both these heads require something more than just a round port flange. Our findings, particularly on L92 heads that are CNC ported is a 1-3/4" round port will partially block the path of flow.

Lastly, Our headers are 100% Made in the USA using U.S. sourced 304 S/S. Our headers DO NOT require ceramic coatings. Routing of our header's provides excellent clearance for the steering rack and rack boots. Once again please feel free to call me with any questions you may have at 631-608-1986 or email me at nick@americanracingheaders.com. Thanks.

Nick

These guys are great to work with and offer a wonderful product.
Their quality is 2nd to none, and they have at least 1 bad *** vendor as well.

Nick, it was good talking to you today about the headers and cat-less mids w/ integrated X-pipe. I can't wait till mine come in. I'll be sure to take lots of pics of it and the stainless 3" exhaust when the install is done.

That's good to know...is there any price increase for these flanges? Thanks.

I have some pics for you Nick of your 1 7/8 headers and the new X-Crossover you mentioned above, along with a few pics of the SS tig welded exhaust LMR built for me. I love em and my wife now wants some on her ride.
Thanks for a great product, Jason

Trust me when I say that ARH makes one hell of a header. I was completely surprised by the quality. Even the X-Crossover has the same attention to detail that the headers have, and there welds are beautiful.

Kingsize, I'm real happy to hear you like your system. Looks like LMR did a real nice job as well. Happy motoring and thanks for the great post.
