Default New Weels

Ok lets say you had $2600-3000 for wheels and tires what would pick? Wheels need to be 18x8.5 front with 35-40mm offset and rears need to be 18x9.5 with 45-50mm offset. Also they need to be black with a pretty nice sized polished lip.

Tires will be 245/40/18 and 275/35/18 BFG KDW2's or 245/40/18 and 285/35/18 Goodyear Egal GS-D3's.

More than I have to spend, plus I do not like CCW's. I wont spend $2600 just on a set of wheels, it'll be another $1200-1400 for tires, my limit is $3k. I don't have any out of pocket money I can spend on this

F-it I decided to go cheaper, so I could get a Corsa Touring exhaust .

Ruff Racing 278's ordered in black. 18x8.5 w/38mm offset and 18x9.5 w/48mm offset.

Tires are going to be Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's. 245/40/18 and 285/35/18. They SHOULD fit. I even asked the guys where I was ordering the wheels and tires. He said with that offset, plus my Pedders 5/16" drag springs and my grinding off my lip I shouldn't have any issues. Lets hope him and I are right.

Honestly my wheels were about 1300 shipped with tires and wheel. If I had that much I still wouldnt choose any other. Best looking wheel on the Goat IMHO.

Thanks. Hopefully pics in a few weeks.

After doing the math the GS-D3's with the new offset will only stick out 1/16" more than the 555R's. I got a little more of the fender I can grind off... about 1-2mm's. Overall I think they will fit fine, too bad I couldn't get these in a 49-50mm offset, I wouldn't have any worries then.

Wow, that's an awesome deal ... didn't they stop making the Z1's?

They still make them from what I know, just hard to get.

I didn't get too bad of a deal, $1700 + shipping. The GS-D3's are not cheap tires, plus they were mounted and balanced. On top of that they milled each wheel 3mm's so everything would fit better.
