And Roy, what makes you say that?

Ford, a picture is worth a thousand words.
BMR PHB . Bushing shell is too thin for the amount of load that the bushing shell will see in extension.

Mine did the exact same thing.

Contacted BMR and Brett told me ...
"We sell hundreds of these. A few failures are expected. Sorry."

BMR changed that design years ago. We do not use that design on any BMR products.

I would be glad to send you a current version of your broken part so you can test it. The new design is far superior.

The failure looks to be in the HAZ. Likely due to undercutting during welding.

Damn, I wanted to see that episode but they took it down from the website, and im def not buying the dvd.

Ive always had good luck with bmr, stop the flaming. Ive seen people wreck their cars and break parts too. Posting a pic of some random *** broken phb and starting a flame thread in a legit thread about a video on hp tv is f'ing stupid. No one is twisting your arm to buy bmr parts. jesus people

Some of you people act like bmr fab are the enemy, your real enemies aren't selling performance suspension parts for your fbody, they are raising your taxes and spending it on "stimulus" and "global warming".
