Default Roll Cage Build: C5 Corvette

I will update this as we progress. I expect total build time to be about 4 weeks (we are also rebuilding one of our World Challenge cars that was flipped @ Mosport).

FYI, you can see all the pictures here:

Will this be a customers track car, or is it being with a race class in mind? If not already, make sure the hubs get upgraded to the new SKF hubs for peace of mind

It is being built for a customer that will be running in NASA. The hubs were already new when the car was brought to me, we will be updating to SKF hardware after he gets a little seat time

Cool, ST2 I take it? That class has really took off the past year or 2. Depending on the tracks it sees and how the driver pilots it, the factory type hubs should last 1 full season of abuse using ALL of the track and throwing the car around..but we also have a T1 driver that can go through new hubs in 1 weekend at Buttonwillow using the curbing through the esses to straight line it. He's the only one though that can repeat that phenomena out of ~10 of us running near identical times and using the same line

Yep, with our testing we have found that curbs play the number one role in bearing and suspension bushing damage.
