I ordered almost two weeks ago and haven't seen a tracking number yet . Called a few days ago and was told that they would ship yesterday. How much longer it be before the orders are caught up?

 

guess there are some of us looking for a update. I'm not at the point of being pissed tho but I would like to know where they are at. either waiting to be shipped or on thier way.

 

Well got a notice this morning that the brakes are on the way, shipped the date I was promised they would arrive, actually.

Oh well...

 

no difference in metal being made in ohio or china. same techniques, same factories, etc just cheaper wages. QC is another story.

 

Mettalurgy could be different though. Chinese castings are lighter.

 

Recieved a shipping notice today, they'll be here next week.

Why does it say (camaro) does not say firebird or trans am anywhere on your site. Also, LT1 and LS1s have the same rotors???

 

We do not have pontiac rotors on the site but they are the same as camaro. Thanks

We are supposed to get them today, although on the Fed Ex web site it only says data received and has no tracking info for the actual package?!?!?

EDIT: Nevermind, now there is tracking movement and the delivery date has been pushed back again...

Talk about disillusionment... Just when I think they will get here it gets pushed back again...

 

I tried calling to get a tracking number, but could not get through. Do you show an order for Julie or Edwin Gay, going to VA?

I will be ordering tmo morning.

 

I got my order today, the Rotors look awesome, but unlike the pictures only have 3 holes drilled in each line. Also I ordered with Ceramic pads but looks like I got the Metal Masters, it is actually hard to tell because I did not get a box or a packing slip.

Left a message with shipping to see if I can verify what I have... *shrug*

EDIT: Jon called me back, and I did get the Metal Master pads, and paid for the Ceramics. I get the feeling that they are doing their best to make it right though...

 

When I got home today I was excited to see a box sitting in front of my door. When I went to pick up the box I noticed that there was a large hole on the side of it and I could see one of the rotors through the hole. It looks as if a forklift or something stabbed through my box!

Man this really sucks! The two rotors in one of the boxes has deep gouges and scarring from shipping. I'll call tomorrow to see what we can do about this. I can't believe FedEx would still leave this package at my door with a fawking hole on the side.

 

I received my set up yesterday and luck was on my side no problems here. Thanks WDP. Hope everyone else has just as good luck,.

 

guess I am not getting replacement pads, its been what, 3-4 months?

 

JCurtin pm your phone number to me I will help you out. Anyone else If the box was damaged by fed ex we can file a claim through them and get you a new set. It is as simple as that so let me know. B

 

i got my rotors and pads, I ordered two complete sets and everythings looks great.

I will be posting a performance review once they are installed!!
