on a side note, when everyone recieved their pads;

where they wrapped and tossed losely in the box or where they in a metalmasters/axis box?

My pads look like a no name brand and where tossed in the shipping box without verfication of their brand

note how the pads are SUPPOSED to say AXXIS as per the picture, the ones I recieved say nothing.

WPD why is this???? why where the pads not in the Axxis boxes and why dont they display the AXXIS name....???

That is how we received our pads too. The fronts were wrapped in plastic and the rears just tossed in. They did not look like the Ceramics I had ordered (and paid for) so I researched and then called WPD. Sure enough they sent me the wrong pads, of course they did not have to admit it since like you I had nothing to prove what they were (no Axxis name or clear part number on them, just "750"/"749" handwritten on them in marker)...

Guys we do make mistakes and will clear them up fast If we do. We do not do It on purpose. The axxis pads do not say axxis on the pad anywhere never have and never will that Is just a pic someone made on a website. Hope this helps. B

Brian I am not blasting you guys! Jon and yourself, and even Jen in the background, have actually been very helpful and I want to make sure you guys get credit for it. Jon was on the phone with me for 20-30 mins and called me back 3 times to make sure we had everything in order. It seems you really are trying to do the best thing here and your prices are outstanding. Even with the headaches, because of your good will and honesty, I would be a return customer; but I will definitely order with a whole lot more lead time!!!

The pads right now are boxed up ready to head back down south, just waiting for the label Jon mailed to us.

Guys, What is the deal with the sponsors providing feedback? Should sponsors like WPD be leaving us positive feedback as we have them? If so can you (Brian, WDP) please leave feedback for the members that purchased this deal from you including myself?
Thanks,

Guys, I am overseas in Iraq and can not call myself to check with shipping. My wife says she tried calling a few times and can't get through. She thinks she got a phone message but could not understand exactly what was said. Can you please PM me the tracking info for my order? Edwin or Julie Gay. This is my second request for help on this.

Thanks,

Ed

I received my set 2 weeks and 2 calls after my initial order. Anyway how can I verify if I have the ceramic pads can someone post a pic? I too believe I have metal when I paid for ceramic. Thanks

Shoot I did not take pics before we boxed them up, sorry! If you think you got the wrong pads give Jon a call, they really helped me out with our mix up. Now I am just waiting for the new pads myself to get the brakes on!

So, how long before your orders shipped? If I ordered mine on last Friday, should I be expecting them to be shipped in the next day or 2 or should I be ready to wait for 2-3 weeks?

Just curious...my warped fronts are wanting replacement pretty bad

Well it is a week later, no pads, no tracking number, and no idea what is going on (can't reach anyone on the phone-left messages). I had set up another appointment to have the brakes done on Friday, now I may have to cancel that one too.

Appointment? Do you have some physical disability? Brakes took me a half hour to do all four corners, and that includes torching out a stuck slider pin. Please, as easy as brakes are to do, save yourself the cash!!! I cant get over the labor charges for a brake job!
