Almost a twin to my Nova. Very nice looking build. I noticed your comment in my post about the 69 camaro and I assume you inquired as to why this with seemingly more high end work is priced lower. Being as I own a built Nova II as well I will give the following observations on this.
1st gen Camaro tax. They simply are a higher price point to get into.
Pro touring style builds often appeal to a larger market. But it seems we both prefer more drag oriented cars.
Not sure you mentioned body condition or not but a ton of money goes into body restoration and paint which again is important to a certain buyer and market. Not all.
Anyhow free bump for you and I really love your II. If I didn't have an extremely similar one this is a car I would love to own.

Thanks and I wasn't meaning it negatively if it came across that way. I was just wondering if my price was in the ballpark or not.
Body is solid and never had any rust. Paint is 16 months old. Car was in heated storage from 87 to 2013.
