I pulled my 5.3 out of my 2006 Sierra truck with 130,000 miles on it, has a lifter tick, otherwise great condition - tick went away when warm.
Reason for selling: got a great deal on an LS1 that I swapped into my truck
Also includes:
Exhaust manifolds (not pictured) and there is one stud broken off on the pass side head.
Water pump - Truck pump
AC bracket - truck bracket,
LS1 Valve Covers - ended up using my truck valve covers, so I put the LS1 valve covers on here.

**F body water pump - brand new- AC Delco - bought it but then realized it wouldn't work with my truck $100

ac bracket is a truck bracket - but will work on an ls1 minus 1 bolt
The water pump is a Truck pump, but I also have a brand new fbody water pump I would be willing to sell
