A close friend of mine has already offered to buy the complete engine for his turbo 5.3 build.
My car made 690 rwhp on this setup on 14lbs. We tuned it on 21 lbs at one point as well but hasn't really be ran there. If I do part this out I want to sell as much of the Large stuff first before I pick the car apart. At this point I just want to see who would be interested in what and if I get a good offer I will start the tear down. These are the following "big parts" to start with.
Complete th400 swap (for LT1 or LS1)
ProTorque 4000 stall (footbrake to 3200)
B&m megashifter with factory center console cut to fit boot
Spohn custom 3" driveshaft for TH400 to 9" or 12 bolt.
Short tail TH400 with new cheetah FMVB
34 element Sprague and alto clutches
SFI LS flexplate with adapter for converter
M6 crossmember with poly bushing and spacers.
Summit deep pan

Quick performance 9" fabbed rear
Housing has around 3k miles on it but over this winter I re did the entire rear with all new seals and bearings for a gear swap for the turbo setup. Current gears are 3.25 but will send it with a set of 3.89 as well. No noise whatsoever. Very smooth.

Rear is fully adjustable in 3 different places for pinion angle w/torque arm support. This rear end is a bolt in replacement for any 93-02 f body.

For this setup you must delete a/c, stand radiator vertical, move battery to the rear of the car

Downpipe is 4" and I have made a custom motor mount to fit this through the stock K-member. Merge piping has bugs for O2 sensors and downpipe has Bung 12" from turbo for wideband.
Can't send detailed pictures of setup. This setup will make huge power. Is capable of well over 1k rwhp
Price on entire turbo setup with everything listed will be $3500 and I will send the turbo in to my guy in Arkansas to be looked over before sale to make sure it is perfect. This will be a bolt in setup. Everything needed. And for a bit more I can include the battery relocation setup and the vertices radiator setup with the Spal pushers.

Magnafuel 750 pro tuner with -12 magnafuel pre filter and -10 magnafuel post filter. Stock fuel tank that I have sumped.
Frozen boost -12 stainless braided line from tank to pre filter.

Crossover in rear
-10 line from rail to Holley FPR mounted on front of shock tower
-10 return line back to top of factory tank.
Factory tank has stock sending unit in it so fuel gauge still works
5/8 red anodized fuel rails that I have made brackets to work with LS2 intake manifold
FIC 127lb high impedance injectors

Original 30th SS SLP hood.
You can buy aftermarket all day but if you want original equipment you know that for a 96 or 97 SS..............well, you can't buy this hood. They don't produce it anymore. There are none left. Paint has a bit of cracking. But overall hood is in good shape. And yes, it has the "made in canada" stamp underneath which is the identification to show it is original. $2000
Original 30th SS spoiler

ECU and Harness out of a 99-02 6 speed f-body. I have completely reworked this harness to match a 96-97 f body with an LS engine. All factory gauges work as well as obd2 port for tuning or reading codes. This is a perfect setup cleaned up with no emissions. Rear o2's deleted. All the "BS" is gone and cleaned up. This will be perfect for someone wanting to swap any LS motor into their 96-97 f body. $450 for the whole setup.
Also for that same person who wants to LS swap their LT1 f body will be all the front suspension out of this car which includes...

Stock LS1 rack and pinion out of a 12k mile car

If that hood had never seen the light of day I would maybe consider that price. It in a box, fresh paint and not a spec of dirt having ever touched it, just maybe I would consider it. But 2K and its been in the weather,on the streets,track etc for 18 yrs,,,,,, good luck with that**

Then you are just fine settling with a reproduction. This hood was only on 2500 cars in 96 and a little over 3k in 97. I have seen them go for up to 2500. I promise that there is almost a 0% chance that you will ever find an authentic 96-97 SLP SS hood for sale, let alone cheaper than this. I know some people are always looking for a deal but how much is something worth that you can not find? Not that much to anyone with a 98-02 camaro. But, if I had a 97 SLP SS and my hood got tore up, I sure wouldn't put a reproduction hood on that car. I would pay whatever it cost to have original back on it.

Don't argue with people on stuff like this, it is pointless. At the end of the day it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. When people come in on a sales thread like this just ask a moderator to delete it. Or start the thread over. This guy ruined it two posts in.

I don't mean to sound like I am arguing and I totally agree with the fact that something is only worth what someone will pay for it. Having said that I want everyone to know I am negotiable on the hood price but just don't try and tell me it's only worth what a reproduction is worth because that is not the case. I may sit on the hood for 10 years if I part the car out but that is one of those parts I feel like is not replaceable if it is damaged but I do want to make it clear that I am negotiable on it!!!! Thanks!!!

9 7 ss part out. I just want to start off by saying right on with the price of the hood. I recently sold a 97 slp ss that I aquire through a work trade on a customers car and had no interior of hood or wing. I restored it in every way but hood because they were a bitch to find an oe one. So hell yes to you. I Was Wondering where you were located and if you were willing to sell dash and door panels. I've got a 99 ss I'm bringing back from the grave right now with grey interior. Thanks

Decided to keep the car and swap out the trans setup to a glide setup. So my entire th400 swap is up for sale including the B&m megashifter that is bolt in ready for a 4th gen including the upper console with the boot fitted. Text anytime at 6602336251.
