Fresh 05' Aluminum 5.3L (L33) + 799 Heads FS Category: Engine - Complete Motors

After developing a knocking noise at idle I decided to pull this engine out of my silverado. Needing to get it back on the road in a hurry I opted for an iron block 5.3 as a replacement. I have spent the last few weeks going through this motor and freshening it up. The knock turned out to be two worn rocker arms that had in-turn worn the pushrods. Everything else was in great condition.
I am selling the shortblock as complete and the heads separately.
Asking 800 for the shortblock
Asking 400 for the heads.
I don't see to many L33's for sale so if my price is out of whack please let me know (respectfully)
Minus piston rings, I completely rebuilt the shortblock to include:
New Main/Rod bearings
New Oil Pump + Oil Pump O-ring
New Oil Pan Gasket
New Front Main Seal
New Front Timing Cover Seal
New Cam Gear
New Cam Seal
New Oil Pump
New Timing Chain
New Rear Cover Seal
New Rear Main

Engine had 100k on it at the time of pulling it out
This is a perfect setup for a swapped project car. There are no lifters/trays. The heads do not include the rocker arms/pushrods. Add headgaskets ,headbolts, lifters and you have a complete long block.

To add - I will not travel to meet you to exchange items. I will ship them at your expense, or you can come pick them up.
No the heads aren't "complete." I have both sets of rockers but two were worn beyond spec. If its a matter of deal or no-deal, I'll find two used rockers for these to be considered "complete"
