I have decided to list my 1998 Camaro SS Hardtop (1SC car) for those that may be interested. For starters, this car is one of the few production SS cars for the model year, build #1388 of 2397...and one of a handful of hardtops. She has just over 30,200 miles, and wears her original Arctic White paint. The car is equipped with the original LS-1 / T-56 6-Speed manual, backed up by 4:10 gears.
Note: See attached Buildsheet, this car was ordered without the "electrical equipment package group." This is one of the only Camaros I have seen with Crank-Windows, no Rear-Window De-frost, No Foglights, No Security System, No Power Seats and a simple Delco AM/FM Radio Cassette Player. This car was purpose ordered for the track and is somewhat of an oddity.
With a few exceptions, the car looks/sounds exactly like a GMMG/Berger car.
Tasteful Mods include:
- GMMG Chambered Exhaust
- Custom Cold Air Intake
- Longtube Headers
- Mild Cam
- 4:10 Rear-end gear ratio
All original parts and dealer paperwork, i.e. exahust, Catalytic Converter, stock shifter, etc. come with the car.
I purchased the car from the original owner in 2014 and have possesion of a clear title. This car was ordered from Jim Quinlan Chevrolet in Clearwater, FL and has been garage kept throughout it's lifetime.
Asking 14,500 OBO.

Hi, sure thing.
I figured a short panoramic video may work out better for you. Affords you a opportunity to hear the GMMG exhaust and cam. Sounds exactly like any Berger or Phase-I car from GMMG.

Not the worst I've ever put up with... the thick white powder-coated wheels actually have a pretty durable/slick finish and stuff wipes off pretty easy.
The 10 spoke wheels on my Dad's GS Corvette are a bit less fun/knuckle busters!

Hi folks, willing to entertain reasonable offers. I am in the process of relocating my family to NAS Jax (last move) and initiating a lot/construction-perm loan to build a house. That said, I am motivated to sell.
If all else fails, I may try a little harder and list on other auction/commercial sites. This really is a great/unusual Camaro... especially if you love the GMMG family of performance Camaros, but don't want to shell out significant money to have a trailer queen.
Regards,
Mark

I liked the metal 30th dash plaque on the car, it matched the cars decor and cleaned up the interior. I have the original one, it's just cheap plastic and doesn't look as nice.
It's not a 30th car by any means... it is a 1998 1SC fixed roof coupe with hugger orange stripes and white power coated wheels (so it looks very similar). I was a huge fan of the LT-4, but wanted something that looked similar and was optioned similiar to the GMMG cars...
For a fixed roof car, this one was far and away better than the high milage auto B4C cars that were well worn and rather plane jane. I didn't care for the T-Top look either.

Short little video of my Super Sport on her way home for temporary storage at my friends hangar while my family and I start construction on our house. (Video shot from my father's Grand Sport Corvette).
