Default Deposits inside exhaust manifolds?

Took my manifolds off to redo the exhaust system and saw these little deposits inside the runners. They seem to be oil or coolant but I cant tell. Has anyone seen this or know what it is and the cause? Currently the setup is bone stock Ls1 with single turbo running 7lbs. Get some puffs of smoke now and again and wondering if I'm getting blow by, first thought it was my turbo seals but now not sure. My thought is either rings or headgasket

Any suggestions?

smoke I've been told is more like oil and smells more rich like oil rather than coolant but I agree they do look like coolant. My coolant is currently green though not orange.

You can get puff's of smoke from your PCV system, esp when you let off and get high vac.-I added an oil sep.
I have seen those deposits before, I figured it was just from the hot/cold causing moisture

Have you used octane booster poured into your gas tank? I tried one and my plugs were stained orange/red.

Probably molten hot pieces of pistons from massive amounts of detonation...
