Is this the reason why my $60 money order never got there? I see that you have raised the price since we had a deal.

Cat fight? That would imply something about our gender that is not true for either one.

I sent a M.O. to him on the 16th that has not made it there so far. I am more concerned about being out $60 AND being without a lower lid. It's a good looking piece and I am hoping still to receive it. So yes, I do want it and have done all I can up to this point to get it off his hands. The gods are against me with this sale I believe. Oh, and I am a Marine, laid back and rock a low reg.

I wouldn't buy anything from this guy. I made him an offer on a set of Eibach springs, I was told to wait till he could get a shipping quote. He sent the quote, and also said that someone was before me. I waited 3-4 days and sent a PM asking if he had recieved payment, he said not yet. After a week he sent back saying he never recieved payment from the other person, and that I could buy them if I still wanted em. I told him yes that I would send payment (this was on sunday).I went to post office on thursday and bought the money order and also paid $14.40 to send it overnight. I sent a PM saying he would have it friday by noon. The post office made two attempts to the address. I check the shipping status and even copyed and pasted it in a PM.He then said he'd get by there this week. Finally I ask him was he going to pick up the M/O. He then sent a PM saying sorry he had sold the springs locally because he needed the money, and that he never received my payment. Now he won't even check my PM's. There's no telling what I'll have to go though to get a refund, and how long it will take. This guy isn't trustworthy!!!

Now that sucks, man that kind of person really pisses me off. People like that should be strung up at the closest tree and given the piniata treatment while they're hanging there. Then dropped before they go out, and strung back up and given a repeat. And thats just for starters. I had a guy out of Long Island rip me off on a supercharger deal for my Bronco, and while I was concerned when the deal first went bad to find he already had a rep as a scum sucking pickle kisser. It in the end helped me because I had so many people from the guys area ready to go out of their way to help. I wound up having the dude/punk arrested at his own business (idiot) and he then still burned some other folks after I'd already had him arrested. In the end, I understand he did some time but most importantly his attorney eventually sent me a check for full reimbursement plus the wire transfer fees. I had the guy slapped with grand larceny charges (in my case) and sicked his local police as well as the DA's Office on him (lol, poor idiot thief).

Theres a surprissing amount that can be done if one looks into it. No guarantee of getting ones money back, but you can certainly help there legal reputation go real south by making reports with several national agencies.

Man do I hate thieves. I work way to hard for my money, so I don't make a good victim. Kinda brings out the pitbull in me lol You can still give repeated hard bitch slaps even when on the other side of the country. Just FYI.......

I got one through someone else. It was all of $65 shipped. I sent a Paypal out on Tuesday night and I had the box in hand by Thursday evening. It went in Friday and I absolutely love the fit under the Ultra Z hood.

Now thats quick, but thats roughly how transactions are suppose to work. None of this run-around crap and no responding to PM's or emails. When people do that kinda stuff man you just know something is up. Or, you sure could have a problem on your hands if you proceed with them. If they do any of that crap before I've even sent funds, I usually stop trying to complete the deal (Unless there is a really good believable reason)since you've gotta figure if they are bad up front how the heck is it going to go if you have problem.

Refunds are easy. My wife and mother-in-law both have worked P.O. (mother is on year 20+). Just have to go in with it in hand and have them refund and cancel it. There may be small fee for that but for the most part all the money is yours again. My MO was from a check cashing place here in NC since I did mine on a holiday. I have to wait 60 days from the date of purchase to recoup my money. Not a big deal but I will be on orders out west at that time so it is kind of a pain in the ***. As for time prior to sending out the money he was dead on and on top of things. A few phone conversations, quick PM responses and pics to back it all up. I agree flags should raise if it is ever any different. Not so in this transaction.

Does anyone know the part number for this? Also, what about the part number for the plastic baffle that fits on the AC condenser (piece that's cut during free ram air mod)? I called the dealer but they were confused. Thanks!

Would be good to know. If I had a Pontiac dealer close I'd go by myself.

I checked the site and the lower air box goes for $125 at the dealer and $77 at GMpartsdirect +$17 shipping.....the upper radiator baffle is $18 at GMpartsdirect.
