45 pm's, 20+plus phone calls, 5 emails. I still waiting. yes I left you 2 pms,1 email, and 2 phone messages, stating that I was not coming down.

this is going on 7 months in july, WHY?? quick to take my $6000 but, not so quick to deliver product. Why???

Plus I called Dr. Turbo. has them on the shelf. Why am I waiting for turbo all this time???

Why working on other projects when you have customers who are Fully paid up, ARE left hanging ????

In case your wondering this is why my kit(pipes only) is for sale. To which I have to take in steep discount to sell because several things were left unwelded.

This worst experience ever!!!!

And why the Hate for GTO people??? 3rd kit that has gone bad, theres money to be had, if kits just lived up.

 

He dosent need a airline ticket. I have spoke with him many times about waiting for the turbo. I am still wiating for the correct one for the kit. Yes..jose has the MPS if that is what you want. I was still under the impression you were coming down for the install. I would really like to use the 76gts though, but that is up to you. I also have other kits waitng for the same thing as you. You also didnt pay all at once. So dont make it look like I just took your money and ran. I havent had time to answer the phone latly of be on ls1tech. Thats why Im on here now this late. I will get you your stuff. I have yet to forget about anybodys stuff that comes with a kit.

 

Then why did it take a thread for you to answer, I have called a few times before with no answer. Plus I sent 2 PM's which were never looked at. All stating my intenions/wishes. Plus I have been paid up since March 2 2007.

But I also paid for a complete bolt kit to which the one I got is not. That will make 3 three GTO kits not fitting.

Yes it will cost me the same amount just to fit it myself, then will to have you fit it for free, since you not going to compensate for my travel time/cost. This is I why back out.

Why are T76gts so hard to get?? there has to be a reason.
Yes for the 3rd time a T76MPS will suit my goals just fine. I am not looking for 1100hp .
Does an Air fliter come with the kit??
Why am I being put in postion to ask these questions??, I am customer here.

So tell me why in the future people should buy a turbo kit from OFI??

 

The T76MPS will support the same power as a 76GTS as per Jose when he sold me my turbo.

 

We had a customer dyno test one 346ci engine with a 76GTS and full T76MPS. The dynos with both turbos close to max were within 40rwhp of each other. So they are VERY close like Jose said. But he gives the nod to the 76GTS if comparing them for ultimate power. But the 76MPS did spool 150rpms sooner.....so its nice for the street indeed.

 

I have found a deal for my pipe kit.

Nothing has shown up, or no tracking numbers have been given.

If you would depoist/charge back the rest of the balance in my account tomorrow ( june 22nd 2007). Like you said last tuesday. per our phone conversation.

Or real sign of good faith/customer serivce, charge back the full amount and I will send you back all of what I have even on my own dime.

 

I am trying to follow this, help me out a little:

You purchased a pipe kit from someone else, was this part of what you paid OFI?

You specifically requested a refund at the time of this conversation or asking now.


So you do have parts from them (contradicts some of what you posted) and will hold them so they are out money and parts. Here is a thought: request an ARS from OFI so they can get the parts and you can get a refund. Holding parts "hostage" for refunds never work out.

Just trying to figure out what is going on and get the whole thing resolved.

I purchase a complete 05-06 OFI stainless turbo kit from OFI. I have only gotten the hot side and the cold side parts, hence the pipe kit.

items missing:
T4 turbo (T76gts or ....)
oil line fittings and line
IC brackets
air filter( to which nobody has seen on the last 3 gto kits)

I am requesting a remaining balance($$$$) charge back for missing parts.

where the contradiction?? OFI has $6000 of my money and has yet to send full complete kit. Their not out anything. I am!!!!!

Was stated that charged back would happen that day for the remaining balance.

No charge back yet.

So until I see the charge back on my account there is no resolution YET.

 

I was thinking that real good sign of customer serivce would be been, a full refund and I would ship every back.

Since basically what is advertised and what was delivered to me, completely different things.

 

I just pmed you...I did the refund for the turbo. The refund wont show up on your account for up 7 days my merchant said. Check it agian in a couple of days curtis.

That doesn't make sense - the same day you thanked him he sent you a pm. Try email as well - this is smack in the middle of the season so every shop is on no time off mode.

 

I have ask this question 3 times now....no answer.

And to think I actually cancelled a GenTTR kit for this.

reason why aussie turbo companys are going to doimate the US market.
