I will be posting in this thread all the modifications I make to my Camaro I picked up last Saturday. My plans are to build another car this season to showcase my products.
I'm starting with a stock 2001 SS Camaro... This is the first Camaro I've had that's been able to pass smog with flying colors
Here's some pictures from the day I picked it up:

Today I reconditioned the stock head lights and ground the three plastic casting tabs flat. I wet sand them from grits 220 > 400 > 600 > 800 > 1000 > 1500 > 2000. Then I used Novus #3 Heavy Scratch Remover followed by Novus #2 Fine Scratch Remover. It took a couple hours and I hope to never do it again, lol.

looks good! nothing like going from polar opposites. first a black ss, and now a white one! im sure there will be a lot less headache keeping this one looking good

I love the white, kinda partial to it seeing it was my first color fbody...nice work on the lights, they look brand new! Cant wait to see what you do to the car after seeing the great job you did on the black one.

Thanks everyone.
$1,000
I sand them down with a belt sander, then got them smooth and even w/ 220 grit by hand.
