Well If I really wanted a lowend TQ monster for towing/Moving the Big ole Tahoe around. Well what setup would you chose to do? Get a 383 short block and have the Vortec heads milled/clean the stock intake manifold/port the TB and get a TQ biased cam?

A 383 with vortecs un ported and a small cam will be a TQ monster and reliable. Gets my vote.

I have a 383 Vortec to go in my Tahoe, but the problem is the fuel injection setup on them. The stock spider won't supply enough fuel for a stock cube motor with a cam, much less a 383 with a cam. The easiest solution is the marine intake since it uses EV6 injectors and rails instead of the shitty spider setup.
