hp and torque ?
Ive got a 350sbc bored .30 over, with a 400 crank, scat flat tops, with stock vortec heads, a air gap intake, has a crane 282 cam. With that set up how much hp and torque should this motor have.

Any cam you get will most likely have to have different springs so since you are right there, you can machine the heads yourself. Comp sells the tool to do it. Then you can run .550-.600 lift. I would get a carb in the 750-850 cfm range. Without knowing cam choice and intake it is hard to recommend a carb.

87silver... Im not trying to step on your toes... but a 750 carb is prolly gunna be a little much. I was recommended an 800-850 DP for my 383 in my 68 w/ track 1 heads, comp extreme energy solid roller, and victor jr intake.
I'de say stick with something like a 650 vacuum secondary carb and you'll be good to go.
