Around 350 hp is about how much you will make from everything you currently have.

350 crank is probably pretty accurate. 275-300 wheel. Who knows could surprise everyone.

Bigger cam something in the 280's range duration and low 500's lift.March underdrive pullys,MSD 6AL box and adjust the carb & timing to see what more u can get.

Cylinder heads are the best bang for your buck I think. Nothing super fancy but a nice set of vortec heads or a a cheap set of 180-200cc budget heads. Bolt on's and more camshaft will get you some more power but a set of heads will get you more power than you bargain for and leave room to spare for more camshaft and good things like that. I actually have a rather nice set of vortec's for sale if anyone is interested. ought to put you over 350whp with some good tuning.
