trick flow stuff
It's O.K. for the money. I have a friend who put a set of the heads on his car and it had some punch. Beware though, is the cam and lifters for a roller block (some, not all 87 blocks and up) or is it a "retro" fit on the 86 and older blocks, i didn't notice the specs.

Angle plugs can sometimes have header clearance issues. Check with the header manufacturer you plan to use before deciding on a set.
Looks like a decent combo. If it's seeing ample street time I'd go performer RPM or rpm air-gap with a 650 double pumper Holley. If seeing the track I'd consider a Victor jr. intake with the same carb or maybe a 750 dp.

The rpm and 750 vac secondary would work fine as well, and may return better mileage than the double pumper on the street.
Stock cast pistons may be a little dangerous with this level of power, and I definately would not recommend running nitrous or forced induction unless you go to forged pistons IMHO. I know that plenty of people can make cast pistons live, but I've also seen plenty of them come apart and create a lot of damage.
Good luck!

It can depend on a lot of things, but budget comes into play more than others.
I'm currently running Federal Mogul forged pistons. Not the lightest, but priced right. You get into pistons that are lighter, coated, etc... and the price goes up.
If this is going to see ample street time, I'd consider flat-tops with 2 or 4 valve reliefs for a 9.5-10:1 compression ratio.

Make sure the trans is built right to take the power you're going to be putting through it, and that should include a shift kit or complete performance build.
Impala rears use upper and lower control arms if I'm not mistaken so you can't swap that directly in place. The strock 10 bolt can live with a rear end girdle cover, and check the gears and axles for tooth engagement and make sure no twisting or cracks appear. A friend of mine has a 95 Formula with the stock 10 bolt and makes it live through low 1.60 60 foot launches by changing gears every 3 years and running a T/A girdle.
Good luck!
