Default FFHP Stage 2.5 5.3L Heads Introductory Special

Well folks here it is we are now doing Stage 2.5 5.3L Heads!

Heads will include the following:
Fully CNC'd 5.3L Heads
Hand Finished
Bronze Guides
Larger Valve Seats
2.055 REV Intake Valves
1.60 REV Exhaust Valves
Patriot Dual Gold Series Springs
Titanium Retainers
Super 7 Locks
Hardened Spring Seats
Flowed with Sheet
Milled up tp .030 if desired

Each set is meticulously inspected and check during every phase of the process. All spring heights and seat pressures set during final assembly. Ports are fine tuned to acheive maximum flow and velocity with smallest volume possible.

And as always 1 year parts and workmanship warranty!

Price is $1545.00 shipped (to the lower 48)

Price is good until 2/28/05

Hey Brad, I've been emailing you back an forth about doing a set for me but with Manley 2.00/1.55 stock size valves. I noticed this is a stage 2.5 and we talked about a stage 1. What is the difference-from what I can see it's just the valve sizes. Is there anyhting else that's different? Also what is the turnaround time? Talk to you tomorrow-thanks!

Lift intake exhaust
.100 71cfm 64cfm
.200 148cfm 119cfm
.300 215cfm 161cfm
.400 256cfm 199cfm

as flowed on a SF600 with a radiused inlet and a 1 3/4" pipe on the exhaust 3.905 bore
Intake port volume is approx 229cc
Exhaust is is approx 84cc
Combustion Chamber is approx 62cc

Click on my sig and you will see flow numbers and pics of the ports on my 6.0l stage 3's. Very nice work. LS6's would be killer.

no dyno results, how about track times though. we went 11.43 at 122mph with the early version of our Stage 2.5 5.3L heads. check it out here

What cam was in the car and what was the raceweight on that run? 122 is some decent MPH, especially in a heavier car.

cam was a 232/238 .575/.585 110LSA+2, car is an M6. race weight about 3400lbs
