Default Alarm keeps going off...

My alarm keeps going off for no apparent reason. It has got to the point where I had to disconnect the battery. I would hear my alarm going off continuously and then I would press the lock button and it would lock my doors and put the alarm on (not going off, just the lock alarm noise). Then about 1-3 minutes later it would just go off again and this repeated about 7 times until I got fed up and disconnected the battery. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

Remove the shock sensor, its hanging from the harness by the spare tire area.

Thanks. Does it have to "reset" after disconnecting it?

Mine sounds every 15 seconds or so when I use the remote to lock it. I'm gonna have to try removing the sensor and see if that works..

Adjust the sensitivity. It's in the hatch near the tire, it has a little white **** on it.

I had to disconnect my shock sensor at around 3 am one morning. Alarm kept going off. I adjusted the sensitivity to no avail. I just unplugged it and all's well. And yes, the alarm still works.
