Default Help installing aftermarket Keyless Entry on my 1994 Trans Am

i have a generic no-name keyless entry system that i want to put into my 94 trams am.

here is what i need to wire:

Brown- Direction lights (parking lights...easy...brown wire from main switch behind the fuse block)

red to battery or constant 12v

red/black to trunk release

black ground (chassis ground)

white-lock signal

yellow- ground (chassis ground)

yellow/black- unlock signal

the door switch seems to be a 5 wire negative trigger...

i know on the 3 wire (96+), there is a constant on 12v, unlock, and lock...

but on the 5wire...which wire is what?

all i really need (from what it seems) is to find the lock signal wire and unlock signal wire.

is there a 12v constant that i can feed into near the bcm? i'm assuming the best place to pick up lock/unlock is in the 6 pin connector on the bcm?

can i bypass RAP (retained accessory power) issues by just running the power straight to the battery with a fuse?
if i did that i should only have to find a couple grounds, hook up the parkin lights to flash and splice into the lock/unlock as well as trunk release correct?

any help/wiring diagrams would be useful.

Non-keyless versions: Use light blue for lock and dark blue for unlock. Both wires are located in either door harness. The passenger switch is the master switch. Keyless versions: Use red/black for lock and orange/black for unlock. Both wires are located in the passengers kick panel at the keyless entry module. Do NOT use the orange power wire at the keyless module or door lock switch to power your door lock relays. The passenger switch is the master switch.

That is from the notes on the diagram. You will need 2 relays, or a dei 451m in order to interface a 5 wire lock system.

so if i use the DEI 451m then all i should have to do is wire up according to the DEI 451's instructions (which should technically match the reverse polarity 5 wire diagram on 12volt) and then hook that up to my keyless system?

correct. The 451 m is just 2 relays in a prewired assembly

got my 451m...
here is what it says on the back

3pinplug:
green ((-) lock input (i'm assuming input from the aftermarket system's brain?)
red - (+) input for relay coils (so 12v constant?)
blue - (-) unlock input (unlock from aftermarket brain input?)

5wire-
violet/black- lock/unlock normally open # 87

green/black- lock output #30

white/black- lock normally closed #87a

blue/black- unlock output #30

brown/black- unlock normally closed #87a

so violet/black should be grounded?

i'm assuming since it is a negative trigger...the violet/black wire goes to ground?

what about the other wires.

green/black goes to red/black(lock near keyless module)

blue/black goes to orange/black(unlokc near keyless module)

what about the other ones.

crap is confusing.

SO you would do as follows:

green and blue will be your lock and unlock outputs from the alarm brain. Red will be 12v. This is assuming your alarm sends out a ground pulse, which most do (negative trigger).

If the wire rests at ground, and when you press lock or unlock and the wire goes to +12v, the violet/black will go to 12v. If the wire rests with 12v on it and goes to ground when you press the button, violet/black will go to ground.

You will cut your lock and unlock wires in the car. This will give you a lock wire with a "motor" side and a lock wire with a "key or switch" side. The same will be true for the unlock.
green/black motor side of your lock wire
white/black switch side of your lock wire
blue/black motor side of your unlock wire
brown/black switch side of your unlock wire
