Default kicker system

I'm thinking about taking out my entire monsoon system and replacing it with this set-up for my camaro:

6.5'' DS components in the front doors
6.5'' DS coaxials in the sail panels
delete hatch speakers
all powered by a hifonics TXI6406 4-channel amp

10'' 2-ohm cvr in a stealth box, i dont know what kind of amp i'd use for that yet.

my goal is to spend as little as possible and have a simple clean sounding system with pretty good bass. and i already have an aftermarket HU.

what do you guys think?

If you want to stay with Hifonics for the amps get the Hifonics Txi 4008 for the sub. 400watts rms at 4ohms which is a perfes=ct match for your sub. And you can get it for 86.00. Otherwise sounds like your headed in he right direction.

it doesn't necessarily have to be a hifonics, they just seem to be priced well for the watt and i have some friends with them that have good results. and that seems like a nice deal for that amp, i think i might look into that. anybody else know anything about it?
