ill start with the mods on each car my camaro has longtubes,corsa exhaust,lid,ported tb,free mods. the civic had a jdm b16 with a turbo boosting 10 pounds cams pistons ,manifold made 262fwhp and was told it had ran 12.7 at 112mph. this is my friends cousins car. the kid is real cocky. so this morning i go over to my friends house and his cousin is there. with his civic this is the first time meeting him. before i could even get off of my car this kid is already asking me if i want to race. so i get off and i tell him sure, then he starts going on and on on how he beat a c5 vette and that he runs twelves pulls out a time slip from his wallet and shows it to me lol. so i tell him lets do a dig race first to 110 wins.he agrees we go to the spot i do a quick burnout. he does like a 30 second burnout lol, then my friend flags it and my car takes off hard. i get him by like a good car and a half once we stop he ask for another dig run we do 3 honks and i was about half a car ahead and he miss shifts going into third. lol poor kid was real pissed after that he picked up my friend and took off didnt tell me one word.

Ya I honestly I taught he was gonna win cause it was a cold morning and he had sticky tires. Car wasent slow but from what I heard he has around 4 grand into his motor

Who cares how much money he had into his car lol. I get that **** all the time. Every car is built differently. Turbo cars are a different animal because the power it makes and how it makes it is so dependent on the turbo size and build specs.

thanks. there is a turbo type r eg hatch that is always at the runs was making around 500fwhp. that thing was crazy fast i havent seen him lose yet. honda or not i respect any fast car.

Good kill. What tires was he on, and what tires were you on? Sounds like a decent running car. I've seen some well built Honda's and have respect for the ones that are done up right. 262whp is quick enough in a car that weighs less than 3K pounds.

He was on azenis and I was on Nittos. The car probably weighs 2500 pounds tops it Ran good

highly doubt his car weighs 2500. Had a stripped Crx (si) that weighed 2060 with a lil gas without me. Good kill. Civic had potential, just that yours was quicker

Holy **** what a piece of **** bottom end work to make 262 on 10psi inform him he needs a new tuner, my buddies piston and rod gsr on 10psi is a high 120mph-low 130mph trap car in a hatch, **** my buddies stock b16 makes mid 3's with a log manifold. Sounds weird though, pistons only? no rods? that makes no sense. You sure about the mods or are you just pulling em out of your ***.

This is why I don't like honda lol... an LS1 with a new intake manifold, a turbo running at 10psi, and a new cam will easily break into the 11's. It took that much work to get a honda into the high 12's haha.

Not really i know ppl with junkyard LS's on boost running low 11s. PFC hatch ran consistent low 10s on a stock gsr with 167k and ebay turbo parts. Some people just don't know what there doing, and will give a bad rep to the rest of the guys doing it right. Guy OP is talking about is obviously a tard that for no reason threw in piston's because before the piston will ever go, the rod will go. Makes no sense at all.
