Went out with a local racing forum this past weekend. We all met up and grabbed some food then rode out the the race spot.

A 12' 5.0 has been wanting to run me so I humored him. We did two pulls, first 20-115, second 25- 130 but for seme reason the second run wasn't in the video. Anyways, you can see me spin all of first into second, hook, then begin to walk away. He is tuned with a 3 inch midpipe

I'm the second race, but the whole video (which a buddy put together) has some good races and is worth a watch

Yeah, it came out well. I'm working on my video of all the runs I got from the side of the road, but my computer just shut off (think overheated) when the video was saving and I havn't got back into it. I'll post it here when I'm done

Definitely. This one was a 3.31 rear car. I ran my good buddys 12' base model 5.0 with 3.73's, tuned, with full bolt ons minus headers. It was closer, I had to run the car alot harder than I did in this video to keep it out ahead of him

Lol I'm going to have to watch again and look for that. But yeah it was a long cruise out there, but it was worth it. y'all saw the hispanic ladies and gents spectating so its obviously legit

Definitely some nice cars out there. and thanks. Yeah it was a real one, with the wing removed. it was mean as hell. It was on low boost tune, i'm guessing 8psi, at 6xx hp and was the fastest car there. In the video when the red s/c gt rides by and says "**** that car" its bc he couldnt keep up with the cobra lol. Very cool build! My friend has one with a tko, 4.30's, exhaust, and tune and it runs 11.30's n/a so I imagine that car flys. It also picks up 3 mph with the wing off lol. Again, nice video!

Yeah it was a pretty sweet ride. I like the looks of that body style mustang without spoilers better anyway, and the cobra r spoiler is much too high for my liking. 3 mph is crazy, didnt realize it actually created that much downforce

Yeah its a good spot, but would be better if you could only get on it from one direction rather than both ways. Still good though. Its hard to find daytime run spots so its hard to be picky
