Default Are all SVT owners a**holes?

So I'm going home from my GF house and see this cobra behind me. Cool, so I give the guy a rev and he bites. No honk or nothing. I down shift and he takes off. I persue and I'm slowly creeping up, and when i hit 4th he let's go. He yells out the window "your car is weak" gives me thumbs down and I give him one finger up... The one you put up when you don't give a ****. so I know I probably would of gave em a good run but didn't get another chance to run. I kept signaling to let's go again but he just kept giving me thumbs down. Oh well, a loss is a loss I guess. What a douche!

I actually a cool mustang guy last Friday. However he was driving a 11 V6. If he wants to take off with no honks and not give a fair race then sounds like his **** is weak. OP I guess you lost because a chase is a race.

I raced a 1998 Cobra back in like 2001 with my stock 1994 Trans Am (A4). The race was from a roll and he would just creep away from me steadily. Afterward he kept telling me that my car was a pos because I had a 5.7 to his 4.6 and he was faster. I guess the extra cubic inches is all that matters and his extra 30 hp didn't mean anything...

It goes both ways though. Seen plenty of fbody guys being total douches to Mustangs guys, import guys being douches to domestics, vice versa.

Id agree, if you won't line up with someone fair your scared. Not shocking for a stang owner. lol

And yea chasing is racing, I don't chase unless I know it will be an easy win.

OP this is Karma for jumping on the shelby last week

Why would you chase if he just takes off? Just wait for a proper line-up.

2 good friends of mine are shelby owners, and both are impressed with my N/A ls1. they give me respect. i'm a mustang fan, and have owned atleast a handful, N/A, S/C and nitrous, but wanted an LS powered car with a/c cruise etc, so i'm stuck in this Fbody.

OP it goes both ways. A car does not define who someone is or what they act like. Some of my best friends have F-Body's and just because I have ran into a total tool bag F-Body owner (Hio) does not mean that I stereotype all F-Body owners as such
