Slobalt SS/TC vs Mustang GT/CS
Ever tear someone up, feel all proud about it. Then come home look it up and feel like a puppy kicker?
Ehhhhh I got over it. I tore up one of the jillion versions they built of mustangs.
So I see this nice white convertible trying to catch me in light traffic. I see the subtle paint effects and some letter that I had to look up just now (lol) and hoped he was game to play.
He got on it hard as he rolled past me. I usually don't play chase but he didn't pull so hard that I was concerned. By 4th I was at his door and pulling past. I let off a car out with him getting hit at about 60mph.
I slow to get next to him again and he just rolls past without looking over. Ughhh so I just roll by him and ensure he gets a blowoff so he knows what he just lost to. 2 can play this seesaw game.
Aaaaaaand here he comes again. Similar to the vids on page one here where the flybye was stopped, I did the exact same. I see him barreling toward me so I get on it. I stop his "freight train" by the time he got a fender past and I proceed to pull away a few cars to put a triple stampie no tag backs on the it.
Anyway, nice lookin vert but damn....seems they run like high 13 on a good day with a trap a few mph under mine.
I can't wait till my boys on here and me get a few goodies and tune on the slobalt in the next few weeks. Maybe a lil more volume in the exhaust will instigate bigger puppies......

Sound like you are beyond the N/A 2V and 3V Stangs...Might have to play with some N/A bolt-on 4Vs or the SC ones as you continue to add to you mod list..
Great to see an American car company getting in the Tuner car market..and it looks as though they did a great job with the Cobalt SS.

Very nice man! Those Cobalt SS's are very impressive in modded form. Seems like they respond well..as a turbo car should.

And nice kill. A good friend of mine had a 3V GT. Tune only he consistently trapped 102ish. Nothing impressive, but it was decent from a dig on the street.
