Default 2003 Mach 1 vs 1994 Camaro Z28

This is a vid of my old mach 1 with intake and cat back against my buddies 94 lt1 camaro with intake, headers, off road x, cat back, tune and 4.10 gears. Both cars on street tires.

It was a stick, we go to the 1/8 mile track a lot the best time he has pulled has been an 8.6 I believe

Honestly, with the mods I figured the Camaro would have taken it.

Do you remember what the mach ran in the 1/8 setup like it was in this race?

Where do you live? An 8.6 is quite under performing for his mods so I wonder if DA has something to do with it

Bingo, I ran an 8.4 @ a dismal 82mph with less mods.

Looked like a clean run, but the LT1 seems to be a little under performing with those kinds of times, unless driver error or track conditions were at fault.

This....a lt1 and a Mach should be a drivers race. That lt should be into the 12's with those mods.

+1...I would have thought the LT1 would have run with the MACH or even pulled a little...Oh well..can't win them all..
