Not my race as I like digs. With that said, I agreed to give a LS1 owner his race. He asked for a 40mph roll and even though this would put me in a bad spot I agreed. Race was from 40mph to 115mph.

Mach 1 mods: JLT RAI, gears, midpipe, catback

LS1: exhaust, lowered (not sure if anything else)

Thanks man. Forgot to add that there was a passenger in my car and no passengers in the LS1. I tried to get him to let my passenger to film from his car but he said he would rather him be in mine.

Was the ls m6 or auto? It seems it was a auto......either way 40 would suck for him. **** poor ls1 to let a 108mph mach out run him.

What a dumbass wanting a 40 then for sure if he has stock gear. 1st gear is good for 50-52mph on the 3.42's. If he started in 2nd he done lost before he even hit the gas.

Yea he would. 2nd @ 40 sucks with stock gears. Your geared to top out @ 115....he's geared to top out at 140+ if both are in 4th. You out geared him.

Good kill Stop! No idea where this whole 40 being a bad spot is coming from, lol. 40-50 is a pretty damn good spot for me in 2nd gear with my 3.42s. A good tune for the LS1 would prob come close to evening out you guys.

First is only good for 50 and with the slow *** tach it's a bitch to hit... I would never run 1st with the stock redline from a 40.
