Default Raced a hemi Chrysler 300, and a 2001 accord.

So I was at our local races. And I was in line to race, and when I got up they tried to wave me through. But I said I'm not moving till I get a race. Apparently no one wants to race a 1999 Tahoe. Finally after arguing with the kid flagging it off, a kid pulls up in a 300c, and does a huge burnout on his 24s. So dude flags it off, and I pulled about 3 cars, and took it to about 60-65 before I hit the brakes. Kind of a dangerous road. He blows by and then throws on his flashers. I'm assuming he spun pretty good Which gave me the lead. I had 4 passengers, tools, sub, amp. I think he had some as well, and I have a 14 bolt rear (300lbs more than a stock 10 bolt) with 4.10s. Truck had to weight close to 6500lbs, lol.

Then on the way home I raced my buddies 2001 stock accord from a light. Held him at a car until I hit the governer. The gearsessed up my speedo, so when the governer kicks in at 100, I'm actually only doing about 78-80 according to GPS.

Lmao, I get more races in my daily than my car. Way more fun, cause when the cops show up I just hang out, while all the Hondas scatter like roaches.

Racing in a Tahoe? You went up against a ghetto banger's 300 and a p.o.s Accord. Yeah your life seems fun.

^ LMAO This guy.

Either way, Good that you had some runs. I've been sitting this out and hoping to be back up to enjoy this weather by next week in my car. I agree though, seems to always be easier to find races in a much slower car.

I had no issues running into races in my V6 CTS. Seems I can't buy a bucket in my V locally.

Yes. My life is a blast. Lol I went to see some old friends, thought it would be funny to race all these "race cars" lol. I could have beaten every car there tonight with the trans am.... But what's the fun in beating 150hp cars in a 400hp car?

And for your information, Debbie downer, that accord was MINT.

Its funny when no one takes you seriously, and really knocks people down who think their slow pos cars are fast lol. $900 heavy stock truck, with 268k on the clock.

You guys coming to the Philly Cheesesteak run in April? Always a good turnout and plenty of cars to play with, if not we should try and setup a meet in NY/NJ sometime.

Not sure. Car accident has my car still out of commission for a meet. Bumper comes in tuesday, fender later on in the week. Grill, headlight, new horn, and pins are already here.

I can hope to have everything done by the end of this week, but 7th I'm out to Albrightsville.

I just have to see how everything pans out with this.

Me and a few cars will be leaving from Staten Island (probably at Target) and then heading to the Edison rest stop.

I have this exact same problem.. Every time I open my cutout and rev at a mustang they back out and pretend they weren't just revving the **** out of their car at me to get my attention. But in my 450$ 2.2 cavalier every one and their mother seems to wanna show off and think ima race them.

Only two guys who had ***** here so far were a Cobra and a Grand prix GXP but the cobra driver turned off so I couldn't talk to him afterwards. The GXP driver pulled up and complimented me and shot the **** for a couple minutes until someone pulled up behind us.
