Great race and great sounding 5.0. Also looks awesome in that color. As far as gearing is concerned... IMO.... the 3.31 is the better gear to have WITHOUT a boss intake. With the boss intake, 3.73s or 3.90s are optimal (talking m6). But with the standard gt intake and 3.73s... theres just too much shifting in a short amount of time.

terrible comparison for just headers... base model vs what looks like a premium track pack. Already disadvantage. Then what looks like a better driver in the 2012 as well. With the stock GT intake and lack of rpm.. I see the 3.73s at a large disadvantage...especially with a slower driver.
The way i look at this video is, the heavier car with the lesser driver....still won the race.
