Arrow LS2 GTO vs 2 Cammed Camaros
White Camaro (cameracar)- 6 speed, PRC 2.5 5.3 heads, MS3, boltons 4.11s.
Silver Camaro- 6 speed, VRX5 (I think) cam, boltons
LS2 GTO- 6 speed, FAST 102, PRC LS6 heads, cam, boltons

Looked like the GTO was already rolling a bit on the white Camaro when the race started. Might have been a lot closer otherwise

the gto's are strong as hell from a roll like that. ive raced one several times (buddy) and from a roll he pulls like a train. too much power to go from a dig I can eat him there, but from a roll they have a killer 2nd gear pull. had him finaly with spray, then he sprayed, now I watch his tail lights again

I agree, the gto's have a pretty viscious hit from a a second gear or 3rd gear spot. It's that 3-4 shift that kills us. That's why I twist it to 7,500 before I hit 4th. Maybe higher now depending on dyno results.

Do the GTOs run the MN12 trans like the ZO6s or am I thinking of the ctsV ?

Gear ratios for GTO: 2.97 2.07 1.43 1 0.84 0.57

Z06 2.66 1.78 1.3 1 0.74 0.5

Never seen a gto lose. I once saw a video where a gto beat an underground racing lambo and the gto was parked under a car cover.
