Looked like the GTO was already rolling a bit on the white Camaro when the race started. Might have been a lot closer otherwise

the gto's are strong as hell from a roll like that. ive raced one several times (buddy) and from a roll he pulls like a train. too much power to go from a dig I can eat him there, but from a roll they have a killer 2nd gear pull. had him finaly with spray, then he sprayed, now I watch his tail lights again

I agree, the gto's have a pretty viscious hit from a a second gear or 3rd gear spot. It's that 3-4 shift that kills us. That's why I twist it to 7,500 before I hit 4th. Maybe higher now depending on dyno results.

Never seen a gto lose. I once saw a video where a gto beat an underground racing lambo and the gto was parked under a car cover.
