02 Z28 v 96-98 Cobra *video* Lets try and keep this one from turning into a "who has the better engine" post.
Went out last night to see if there was anything going on and sure enough we had a 2013 ZL1 vs a 2013 GT500 wanting to run. The ZL1 missed a gear and was bus lengths behind the GT500 at the finish.
Well we were standing at the race spot and a guy with a 96-98 cobra and I start talking and decide to race. We went from roughly 15-120.
Cobra steals the hit and jumps out a car, I start to slowly real him in and pass him around 100 or so.
The guy was pretty cool. We got back to the meet up and he pops his trunk and shows me a nitrous bottle, saying he usually runs a 150 shot but wasn't using it tonight. all around it was a pretty good race and great to meet some new guys outside of the usual scene.

Sounds about right, good race 
. Your's a 6spd?
Edit: As you are coming around him you can see/hear him come into his powerband and slow your approach. To no avail, of course. If I had an N/A 4v it would get 4.30s.
Edit again: I bet this hits 7 pages by the end of the weekend.
