Default Bolt-on L99 vs H/C L99

Here is another GPI trans tuned L99 vs a H/C L99 both autos. Black car is a Bolt-On car White car is a H/C 3600 yank L99. This black car ran an 11.54 117mph just this pass saturday

This run was a 11.701 pass

Nice, the black car runs well. Needs to lose that God awful wing though.

What did the white car run?

LOL yeah we've told him about it. That run it ran an 11.77 I believe best it has ran was 11.55 in -1200 DA I think. Funny that it can't touch that bolt-on car lol

You should just rip it off for him lol.

And yup, just another example off a poorly modded 5th gen!

Thanks, It had the passenger and back seats removed.

And yes the TUNE makes the car. I don't understand some of these cars that have plenty of power yet the can't run right.

Who tuned it, and what do they do that most other tuners can't get right?

GPI did the trans tune, IDK but a bunch are getting with them to fix and or improve their trans tune.

I did the original engine tune via email, and Andy only picked up a few horsepower on the dyno over what I had in there.

Im not necessarily doing anything others aren't, its just that I don't settle for it being close. It has to be dead nuts on or I wont let it go.
