Default One serious puppykick...

Backstory is...

The guy who did my car photoshoot was talking with some other guy around his area about the car and what he thought of it. Other guy states how he kills turbo and v8 cars all the time, and how he's beaten CTS-Vs already and they aren't anything, etc.

We all end up on a FB group over something else, and it gets brought up about racing. He stated he had 2 cars, and both would kill my V, leaving my 'heavy body' at the line. Its at this time he states he's got a SE-R Sentra and a modified Avenger... Now I'm laughing because I know how this is going to go down, and I KNOW he hasn't beaten any Vs... ever.

Trash talking goes on for quite a while, and he ends up trashing the Sentra, but it continues with the Avenger... and then yesterday night, I took the drive out to Mexico to calm it down already because he said he had free time.

^ Since the race above is so unfair, I think its only right for me to post this as well in here:

^ That is me losing to a fully gutted, single seat, no dash, no interior, engine swapped, bolt on E85 Civic on a tire at the track.

LMAO I had him honk it off and waited until I saw him take the hit. With the amount of **** that was talked, I didn't want any excuses for the railing.

At least I'll be less slower in the next few months if all goes well.

Wow. "Abuse" is an understatement.
I wonder what he had to say afterwards? lol

Some people just need to be shown first hand what power is since they read to much bad information on the internet.

He humbled up afterwards. Didn't hit me with much excuses. Told me "If I had my Sentra, it'd be closer" and I put my hand on his shoulder and said "No, it would have been just as bad." LOL

Told him I'm gonna try to get him someone in his bracket to race. Maybe a 95 LT1 Impala, a 2jz GE Non-turbo Lexus, or a 09ish Maxima.

If you didn't jump then you definitely shut down early like a ricer.

Ps. I hope you had your flashers on when you shut down. lol

I agree. I don't mind taking a loss to something someone put in that much work into though.

Low 13s @ 109-110. That day at the track, was hitting 106ish in traps for some reason.

For reference my auto IS300 went 15.65 @ 86 mph.

Looks like you are 1-1 after those races. First race he obviously wasn't ready for the race and didn't even go. But that's his own fault. Second race he had you until he suddenly let off the gas. Must have been because of traffic or something. Good try on that one.

Yeah. He honked it off too, no less... but I stole the hit like a thief. I needed all the opportunities I could get.

Thanks. Good to know that. I'm thinking that may be the closest car in his bracket from that list... I've seen the Impala beat the Lexus from a 40 so I'd have to assume the Lexus is probably the better run.

Nothing better than 2.2 60'. I can't hook in this car to save my life at the track. I've snapped 2 outer CVs and an inner CV. I'm on all season street tires, no slicks.

Yeah. He humbled up. I told him I'd bring him something in his bracket and he kinda livened up a bit. I think he truly expected to somehow remain beside me or something... but I'm gonna get him to run some other slower local cars.

The problem is knowing when they have actually taken the hit. I pulled up beside a turbo F150 one day. My buddy had his phone out googling the truck, I realized that he was speeding up so I pulled up beside him again, he kept accelerating and I pulled up again. It then dawned on me that he was racing.

So your car should really is running around 13.0 ish Good job! Run all the air in the front tires u can and you should pic up on your trap. Lots of guys pick up with the cold weather but forget to over inflate.
