unexpected fifth gen race
Sorry no video unexpected. Was on my way home from a car show and i see a fifth gen up a ways. I catch up to him and go by slow to make sure its an ss sure enough it was. Was already getting dark couldn't tell. So we approach a round about he switched lanes and gets behind me im in second he is on my *** i take it up to about 4500 and hammer on it im watching my rear view i could tell he was trying to keep up. So i slow down drop down to third and let him come up beside me. My horn doesn't work so i cant honk so i wait to see what he does no honk he just goes gets a good jump on me i immediately stop his pull and went around him. Didn't like blow by him but he definitely had stuff done to it was pretty loud. I slowed down and rolled my window down and gave him thumbs up but he didn't so i guess he was mad. Oh well.

I've had my share of 5th gen snobs.
I think it's a gear head versus non-gear head thing. They buy a car, pay someone to mod it up here and there... think whatever they did sets them as the master of the universe and don't take well to finding out otherwise.
But... no need to get off track with that mess. Thanks for sharin' the run.

Nice kill op, once the price comes down a bit on the 5th gen and people can pick one up to tear into, I believe the attitude of the owners will change. It will be more about going fast and less about look at me
