Thought they would be a good match and that proved to be true.

I'm still trying to find a stock V to put it to as well. None that I ever see will race.

Yea, you really don't see too many that are willing to make some pulls. Your car should pull a stock one pretty good.

I'm surprised how close that was considering the 100 hp difference

It's some good ones, and didn't expect the GT to pull. Especiecially in 5th gear like that.

Good runs!

Probably be a dead even run if you had the passenger and he didn't. Nice driving, you didn't lose any ground between shifts

Agreed, swapping the passenger would have proabably made it a side by side run and thank you. I'm getting better driving the car, I don't see the need in changing the shifter in it at all.

At least a 500-600lb diffrence I would guess. My car was 3640 bone stock with a 1/8 of a tank.

Nice kill and I'm not hating at all but damn man that was a tired v. I ran a bone stock 2015 5.0 when my wagon was stock except cai and catback exhaust (stock tune) and polverized him. I ran a few other 5.0's when I was stock and it wasn't even close. I'm thinking driver error perhaps

Sorry guys, it's a stock car. I don't know what to tell you.

I haven't really kept up with them to know how they run but this car is factory mods wise and an A6. It had a passenger while the mustang did not.

A tuned bolt-on '97 cobra with 4.10's and a 125shot is another close one and so is a bolt on tuned 5th gen SS.

Amen. My wife dusted off a Mustang GT a couple of hours ago in the ZL1 and she's never raced before. I laughed because she doesn't know how to put it in race mode so it was automatically in mode 2. lol

Check into Diablo tuning. They say that their tunes won't void the warranty because one you remove the tunes before you take it to the dealer, they are completely removed and untraceable. That's the tuner I used for my SRT8.

What made you go to the dark side and get a mustang. I thought the last time I was on here you had a Camaro? I haven't been on in a while until recently.
