I took the CA Performance 6 Gen out to the track last Thursday to get some base times for future comparisons. It was a street night so traction would of been lacking on the stock radials so a friend over at NewEra Performance let me borrow his 305/35/20 M/T's. Not ideal as they are taller than stock but we were looking for consistency.

Stock 2016 1SS A8 aside from tires. Best pass was a 7.913 @ 90.79 with a 1.808 Sixty foot. We'll be going back with a toon, E85 and intake and cat deletes.

Trap has less variables and will only slightly fluctuate on a full pull, ET can be all over the place due to way more variables..... traction in the in the first 330ft being the main one

The first 60 is pretty huge. Dug should know this. He has engineered a car to a 1.2X 60 with 417whp. Pretty darn impressive if you ask me.

What would do it for me is to see a 40 roll between a 5.Bro and a 6th Gen. A dig run can be won in the first 60' especially with a bad driver and considering the weight and Hp are "somewhat" similar between both cars (edge to the 6th Gen in power vs weight)
