FENIX vs Shelby GT500
Got a retune by Pat G, this past weekend and finally put the car on the dyno with spray. This mustang dyno read 400hp NA, from a previous 440. But the dyno was recently upgraded. We made 8-10 pulls with a 15lbs bottle and came up with a final number of 601/580 on a 200 shot. Plugs did melt the ground straps and had to swap once on a 225 hit, and continued to eat strap on a 200, slightly. Not sure why, but it's not liking the 2 stage set up, 100/100. Although stages are for track so I can leave on a 100 and hit the other 100 on top end. Final AFR is 11.8 a little rich, but rather be safe. I honestly fee the car was hitting harder on the single 150 I've always ran.
So, I used up what was left on the bottle about 4.5 lbs in hopes to get one solid hit Vs one of the strongest GT500 in the area and gauge my ride. It's a 2.3 TVS, e85, bolt ons, pulley, tune and gutted down to metal. TA w/o passenger seat. Owner says it made 650 and I take his word. But his own buddies say he made way more than that.
I did not leave on 2 stages, left one on, up shifted then clicked the second (can be heard on 1st run) second run to weak of hit to notice. We are scheduled to re run with a fresh bottle, and new colder plugs to prevent ground strap from getting eaten.
Need some street tweaking, but visiting a track to read plugs a bit more and see if I can find a sweet spot for the n20.
New mods on the bird is a 8.8, so let's hope it holds.

Good Ole San Antonio racing! Nice runs!
Edit:Just watched the video again. GT500 wasn't even ready on the first run, unless he was giving you the hit on purpose. That's why the second run looked so much different. He was actually ready that time. Hmmm

What do you mean give out locations as usual? Where did I do that? I was just giving your racing scene props. No need to cry.

Nice runs, and it's good to see the car back out.
I had a friend who was burning the ground straps off his plugs too. His was a bad ring seal, is it all cylinders? Or just specific ones burning the ground? Also I guess having alot of spray and fuel, and not bringing in your timing fast enough can cause that too. Anyway good luck.

Agreed. You can't see crap through his window tint. Jumping the count and calling it a win is pretty common with with Fenix.
